I receive error 502 – Account suspended / Wrong username/password
This is one of the most common errors and can occur on multiple occasions:
- Your account has expired. This can be found in your Control Panel.
- You are trying to connect with the wrong details.
- You are exceeding the amount of available connections.
- Your account is already in use from a different location.
