Tried four different providers (incl. My VPN provider that has a Usenet service) And the only one that works properly with my VPN is UsenetBucket. The others took some tweaking to work, and only after help from customer service. UsenetBucket, has a very stable connection and i’m dowloading with maximum download speed. I recommend UsenetBucket, if you want a cheap, stable and fast Usenet provider that works “out of the box”.

I have used the free bucket and I am changing providers, I used to have an Astraweb account but since I don’t need a very long retention, usenetbucket is a cheaper alternative and suits my needs.

I used UsenetBucket for a couple of years, before I decided to try out other providers. These providers cost more, but I ended up with lower speeds and generally a poorer service overall. I have returned to UsenetBucket, because they provide the best value for money.
UsenetBucket has always been great with support. No issues at all. Can’t beat the price and the promotions that are always going.
