I’ve been using UsenetBucket for nearly a year. I came from another provider that had much longer retention, but had so many incompletes that it was basically useless. So far I’ve been very satisfied with UsenetBucket. They don’t offer record breaking retention, but they have 99% (non-scientifically measured) completion rate. They deliver promised speed as well, every once in a while I’ll get a slow down on Sunday night, but that just might be my ISP struggling with all the people streaming Sunday night shows.
