Vergeleken bij vele andere aanbieders scoort UsenetBucket goed op het terrein van volledigheid van de bestanden. Ik heb een flink aantal andere servers geprobeerd, maar ik houd het nu voorlopig bij deze.
Na het aanmaken van een ticket inzake snelheid die lager is dan ik had gedacht werd deze snel in behandeling genomen. Een helpdesk die snel reageert op vraag/klacht. Niet vreemd voor een organisatie die service wil verlenen, maar ik kom helaas nog geregeld andere organisaties tegen die niet zo snel reageren. Probleem opgelost!

Well I have been on Astraweb for 8 years and I had accepted in completes as part of the normal for using the usenet,then I came across Usenetbucketrnwhile on a usenet review site. And thought I would give it a try,you know the old saying “a change is as good as a holiday”. The website is very intuitive and user-friendly. You get tons of payment options, they don’t directly put you on automatic payment on Paypal. There are no hidden charges or “conditions apply”. There are many promos that also further sweeten the already sweet deal! I have been using UsenetBucket for 90 days now and never once did I face any connection issue or slow speeds or similar problems. So I have finally stopped looking for a better deal cause this is as good as it gets!
